“Release a single from your EP,” they cry. “When’s your original musical going up?” they scream. “How do you keep your hair from getting tangled?” they clamour. So far, Julian has divulged answers to none of these, but has produced many a lore drop instead. You can’t cross the street in California without bumping into someone that Julian has an anecdote about; OOTB hopes that Julian is becoming adjusted to the new snow-to-celebrity ratio after moving to New Haven. A lifelong musician, Julian has shown his experience in Instruments™ inside of many of Yale’s theaters, studios, and concert venues (#TheKendallGrimesLiveExperience). He even has a recording setup in his bedroom, much to the delight of his suitmates, we’re sure. He could probably start a prog rock band by himself if he had a couple more arms.
