Have you ever been in a situation where you’d really appreciate someone who could break a wine glass with both their fists and their voice at the same time? Enter Corinne, a fourth-degree black belt Taekwondo athlete and an operatic sensation with Carnegie Hall already crossed off the list. Much like the pigs that love her back home, a herd of OOTBites can also be found at Corinne’s opera performances at Yale, though we are yet to receive an invite to watch her step onto the mat. An opportunity for a one-woman show, perhaps? Regardless, New Haven is the perfect place for Corinne to study due to the “and” spirit of Yale’s liberal arts education: she is both a team leader and a team player, she is pursuing both Computer Science and Music, and she has both a first name and a last name.
