On March 6 2011, a group of friends, eighteen students
from Yale University, got together for a house party.
A week later, they woke up dazed and confused,
bits of streamers still caught in their hair.

(Read More)Out of the Blue is Yale University's contemporary, co-ed a cappella group. Every two years, we release an album featuring some of our best musical arrangements, and this year, we recorded at an address that means so much to us that we decided to name the album after it.
16 Edgewood was the off-campus home of several group members where we hung out, studied, and watched bad movies. This site tells the story of how the album was made - it houses a series of video interviews that invite you to experience the magic of the OOTHouse. Thank you for sharing these moments with us, and we hope you'll consider purchasing a copy of 16 Edgewood for yourself!
Love,
Yale Out of the Blue
